Because each crochet flower is handmade to order, we put significant time and craftsmanship into every piece (2-4 hours per flower). We want to ensure you're happy with your purchase while respecting the handmade nature of our products.

✅ 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order for items that meet the following conditions:

  • Item is unused and in original condition
  • Item is in original packaging (if applicable)
  • Item has not been customized or personalized
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom orders - Items made to your specific color, size, or design specifications
  • Personalized items - Flowers with custom embroidery, names, or special requests
  • Sale or clearance items - Marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Wedding/event orders - Due to the custom nature and time-sensitive production

💰 Refund Process

How to request a refund:

  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Provide photos if the item is damaged or defective
  4. We'll provide return shipping instructions

Return shipping:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns
  • We cover return shipping if the item is damaged, defective, or we made an error
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

Refund timeline:

  • Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it within 2-3 business days
  • If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically appear in 5-10 business days depending on your bank

🔄 Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different color or size if available. Contact us at info@rooyaradeals.com to arrange an exchange. Exchange shipping costs follow the same policy as returns.

🚨 Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged or has a defect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • We'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund
  • We cover all return shipping costs for damaged/defective items

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order is shipped and tracking shows delivery, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend:

  • Tracking your package using the provided tracking number
  • Requesting signature confirmation for high-value orders
  • Filing a claim with the shipping carrier if your package is lost

💍 Custom & Wedding Orders

Special terms for custom orders:

  • 50% deposit required to begin work (non-refundable)
  • Remaining balance due before shipping
  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production begins
  • We'll provide photos for approval before final shipment
  • Minor variations in handmade items are normal and not grounds for return
