When is the deadline to order for Valentine's Day delivery?
Order by February 10th to guarantee delivery by February 14th. We recommend ordering earlier for custom requests.
Do you offer express shipping for last-minute orders?
Yes! Express shipping is available at checkout. Orders placed by Feb 12th with express shipping should arrive by Valentine's Day, but we cannot guarantee delivery for orders after Feb 10th.

How long does processing take?
Standard processing time is 3-7 business days as each piece is made to order. Rush processing is available for an additional fee.

We ship across the United States. Shipping zones are set up for 28 countries/regions including US, CA, UK, AU, and more.
How are the flowers packaged?
Each flower is carefully wrapped in protective packaging to ensure it arrives in perfect condition, then placed in a beautiful gift box.

How do I care for my crochet flowers?
Care is super easy:

- Keep away from open flames
- Store indoors away from direct moisture
- No watering or sunlight needed!
Are they safe around pets and children?
Yes! Our flowers are made from non-toxic yarn and have no sharp parts. However, they are not toys and should be kept away from very young children who might chew on them.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in original condition. Custom and personalized orders cannot be returned unless defective. See our Refund Policy for full details.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
